RPO
RPO or Recruitment Process Outsourcing, is where we provide tailored external recruitment resources. RPO can take over an entire recruitment function or run a specific recruitment project. Commonly RPO service is used to provide just one element of our executive search service, whether it be the research, approach or interviewing.
IN-HOUSE
SEARCH
Is where we provide Dangerfield-ESP Search Consultants to work on a contract basis inside your company. This service is used when a client is looking to make multiple key hires and it is more cost effective to ‘hire’ a search consultant for a few months rather than pay for a number of search assignments.
Selection is the detailed and careful management of recruiting candidates using adverts, database and our extensive talent network. We have the skills to run a variety of campaigns including: online, press, international, niche etc. Our service includes media buying, response handling, proactive networking and micro search.
