Selection is the detailed and careful management of recruiting candidates using adverts, database and our extensive talent network.  We have the skills to run a variety of campaigns including: online, press, international, niche etc.  Our service includes media buying, response handling, proactive networking and micro search.  Diversity is at the heart of everything we do.

RPO or Recruitment Process Outsourcing, is where we provide tailored external recruitment resources.  RPO can take over an entire recruitment function or run a specific recruitment project.  Commonly RPO service is used to provide just one element of our executive search service, whether it be the research, approach or interviewing.
